My 4 Month Old HATES floor time of any kind, suggestions?

I am starting to get somewhat concerned now, she will never learn to crawl if she wont play on the floor.

We have all kinds of things to try and help her like floor time – floor mats, a baby play mat with toys that hang above them and just yesterday I got her a baby play gym that makes sounds and does things when she kicks it.

I have tried laying down on the floor with her and offering her toys to help distract her – no luck. She just screams after about 30 seconds. The play gym worked this morning for about 3 minutes the first time because it was something new before she started screaming, the second time it worked for no time at all.

I’ve tried singing songs to her, playing music for her, talking to her – she just keeps screaming.
I have tried the paci and she just won’t take it at all when she is on the floor.

She has a baby swing, the chair part of it comes off for a floor chair/rocker as well. She loves this and will sit in it for hours holding on to rattles and things. She has a stroller and will sit in it for hours doing the same thing but as soon as she is laid on the floor forget it!

Is there anything else that I might be able to try? Or should I hope that once she can sit on her own then she will like floor time and learn to crawl?
